The students of FS-1 and FS-2 at St. Mary’s International School joyfully welcomed the onset of summer vacation with a vibrant Summer Fiesta held on 17th March from 9:40 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. The celebration began with a short prayer, setting a positive and cheerful tone for the day.The morning was filled with excitement as children participated in fun games. FS-1 students collected balls from a paddle pool and placed them into hoops, while FS-2 students showcased balance and coordination by carrying a ball on a cup, crossing hurdles, and passing it along to their teammates.A variety of colourful stalls set up by parents added to the festive spirit. Children enjoyed activities like hair braiding, tattoo art, pinata fun, and name your cap, along with preparing and relishing fresh juices. The event also included lively dancing, followed by delicious snacks and desserts. The presence of our Supervisor Ms. Sandra Fernandes made the event even more special, as she joined in and had a wonderful time interacting with the children. A colourful photo booth captured joyful moments of students individually and with their class. The children went home with caps and bubbles blowing toys, making it a fun-filled celebration of togetherness, creativity, and the spirit of childhood.
