Christmas Carols Show

A Morning of Christmas Cheer!

On the bright morning of Tuesday, December 16th, the auditorium of St. Mary's International School felt like a warm, joyful place, hosting the wonderful carols show, "Christmas Around Us!" Starring our charming students from Kindergarten, Grade 1, and Grade 2, the event had a huge crowd of supportive parents and energetic grandparents—the true heart of our Marian family.

The performance began by showing the true meaning of Christmas. Our little Kindergarteners gave a moment of deep, gentle beauty with a sincere enactment of the birth of Jesus. It was a reminder of faith, told simply and clearly, which set a loving tone for the whole morning.

Next, the stage filled with cheerful music. The students sang their hearts out, their voices ringing in a vibrant, happy mix of carols. Their strong and joyful songs included classics like 'Santa Claus is Comin' to Town,' 'Joy to the World,' 'Up on the Housetop,' 'C is for the Christchild,' and many more cherished melodies, filling the air with pure, happy, and catching holiday cheer.

Beyond their singing, our talented Marians were great performers. The audience loved the graceful movements of the angelic angels, whose dance seemed to float, set against the fun, foot-tapping choreography of the playful elves and 'Jingle Bell rockers.' Dressed in beautiful, colourful attire, the children kept the show running smoothly with impressive confidence as thoughtful narrators. The happiness around was evident  and our parents were left delighted and deeply touched, watching their children shine like stars on stage.

The show ended in a wonderful, united, and exciting way with the catchy carol 'Feliz Navidad.' The morning closed with a powerful, important message about the real spirit of Christmas delivered by our School Administrator, Fr. Savio. He spoke beautifully about the need to share love and light. Truly, every heart that shared this performance left feeling full of the lasting warmth, peace, and glorious glow of Christmas.
